Bill Mattingly founded Mattingly Zsebe, PA in October of 2000. Bill specializes in tax planning and consulting for small to medium size businesses. His responsibilities at the firm include tax planning, preparation, and review; attestation engagements; estate and trust work; payroll; business consulting; and office administration.
Bill has over thirty years of professional accounting experience, and has served in accounting positions at local small and medium size CPA firms, and as Controller for a subcontracting construction company. A Certified Public Accountant who is licensed to practice in the state of Florida, Bill has earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Louisville. He is currently serving as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Sidney Berne Davis Art Center and was the Past Board President of the Fort Myers YMCA. In his free time, Bill enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and fishing.
